Privacy Policy
Last updated: 20 October 2026
EduCraft provides educational, STEM and robotics services for schools and students. This policy explains how we handle personal information received through our website, enquiries and related communications.
When you contact us or submit a form, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, school or company, role, and the information you include in your enquiry or form submission. Please provide only information relevant to your request and avoid including sensitive personal information.
Our website advertising and enquiry forms are intended for adults, including parents, teachers and authorised school representatives. They are not intended to collect sensitive information directly from children. Children should not submit personal information through these forms. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it. Any student information needed to deliver an educational service should be arranged separately with the parent, guardian or authorised school through appropriate safeguards.
Technical information such as browser type, device details, IP address and pages visited may be processed when you use the website. Cookies and similar technologies may support essential functions and, where enabled and permitted, analytics or advertising measurement. The Cookie Policy explains these categories and your control options; this policy does not imply that a particular analytics or advertising provider is configured.
If you choose to submit an EduCraft enquiry through LinkedIn or another advertising platform, we may receive the contact and professional information you provide in that lead form. We use it to respond to your request and follow up about relevant services. These forms are intended for adults. The platform also handles information under its own privacy policy.
We use information to respond to enquiries, arrange demonstrations, discuss school or parent requirements, administer requested educational services and events, provide support, maintain website security and improve our communications and services. We process information on the grounds required by applicable law, including consent where required, fulfilling requests or agreements, and meeting legal obligations.
Where permitted by law and with consent where required, we may send relevant updates about EduCraft programmes, events and services. You can opt out at any time using an unsubscribe option in a message, where available, or by emailing connect@educraft.ai. Opting out of marketing does not prevent essential communications about a service you have requested.
We share information only as necessary with service providers supporting activities such as website hosting, communication, enquiry management and service delivery, subject to appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and security. If information is processed outside your country, we take safeguards required by applicable law.
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including handling enquiries, delivering services and meeting legal or record-keeping requirements. When no longer needed, information is deleted or anonymised, subject to applicable requirements.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No website, transmission method or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your information, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact us to exercise your rights; we may need to verify your identity. Some requests may be limited by legal obligations. You may also raise concerns with the relevant data protection authority.
Links, embedded content and external platforms may be governed by third parties’ own privacy and cookie policies. Review those policies before providing information. We do not control third-party practices.
We may update this policy as our services or legal requirements change. The latest version will appear on this page with its updated date. Where required, we will provide additional notice of significant changes.
